Trying to pull a gravy and push McKnight as a savior and totally innocent is a joke.
Literally no one has done this, yet you call me a troll

End of the day, if he stays in his car, he is still probably alive today.
If he moved to Georgia he'd be alive. This is a stupid thing to say because him getting out of the car didn't justify the shooting.

Just liked to say I called this back on page 1

youve been downgraded to Gravy

It always does. People come in and can't be bothered to read even one real fact about the topic

If those girls murdered by Derek Todd Lee went to Bama instead of Lsu they would still be alive today

GTFO OweO. nobody cares what you think

Wow, true. Makes you think.

And at the end of the day, if Gasser doesn't kill him he is more than just "probably alive"
And at the end of the day, if McKnight had never gotten out of his vehicle, than this would never have ever been an issue!!! If at the end of the day if McKnight had been more successful in the NFL he'd have never been in that situation in the first place....
Everyone can play semantics!! Keep them coming. All I'm trying to say as in my original post was I feel that while Gasser was not neccissarily right, neither was McKnight. To me the punishment seems a little extreme.

I mean. I cross the CCC everyday. That could have been me
I was just there this morning.

Gasser killed someone because he's a hot head.

Was that the official motive they used in court?

You started it with this dumb shite:

Everyone thinks both were wrong, but McKnight didn't deserve to die for it and to blame him for his death is too far. The only person responsible for that is the one who just got 30 years.
By the statute for justifiable homicide, McKnight did nothing to provide Gasser with the right to gun him down.

No, they went racial because they knew it would piss off the "well if you reverse the races" crowd.

i don't think he needed to pull a gun out and shoot, but you can't argue that he wasn't scared
He followed McKnight to the point he missed the exit he was initially driving towards to go home, pulled up next to McKnight and rolled down his window to scream and flip him off while they were driving, had a ladder in the passenger seat which made it near impossible for McKnight to get at him, he had a gun ready and loaded either within reach or already in his hand, and you think it can't be argued that he wasn't scared?
GTFO

How many times have you seen a driver do something stupid, or even something that might piss you off, and decided 'hey, I think I'm gonna follow this guy for a few miles and see what happens?'

He had it pulled and was flashing it through the chase. He was so scared though.

Every damn day

Never. Like I said earlier, I usually call LSP and report them as a drunk driver

I wonder how well received Gasser will be by his prison mates, you know killing a former NFL player hometown NOLA area hero and all.

For me it's probably every other day, but yeah there's a lot of stupid.

Then your chances of being in the same shoes as Gasser are pretty much slim to none, like me.
