I don’t have a problem with the sentence. Dude is a hot head and it caught up to him.

I haven’t followed the evidence but someone in the nola.com comments mentioned foresics showed Joe walking away when he was shot. Is this true?

I wasnt there nor did i see any film of what really happened.
But if someone approches my car in a hostile manner.... i dunno. I feel like i should be able to defend myself

The forensics showed mcknights hand was on Gassers window, but the lack of blood and gunshot residue made it appear McKnight had his hand on the open window, and his body leaned back. Similar to this, accept Joe was leaning on the passenger window while gasser was in the driver seat

I don’t recall that being brought up at the trial.
I do think he will get a new trial because of the judge allowing the previous road rage incident.
