Josh Allen is the correct answer. Vita Vea possibly too.

Barkley may not be a bust, but don't see him being able to live up the too high expectations

Josh Allen, a QB who cannot even hit 60% completion rate in college in this era is so doomed. I believe he was at 56%

The current young crop of QBs, all were pretty accurate:
Cam @ Auburn - 66%
Luck @ Stanford - 67%
Wentz @ ND State - 64%
Goff @ Cal - 62%
Carr @ Fresno - 67%
Watson @ Clemson - 67%
Winston @ Florida State - 66%

Even Bortles @ UCF - 65.7%, he's really inaccurate in the NFL too.

Allen is REALLY bad.

agreed, I watched a few of Allen's games this season and outside of a cannon for an arm I never saw what was so great about him

Barkley might get drafted too high and considered a "bust" if he isn't the next top 5 in the league back but I would say he's a pretty safe bet to be a solid started.

I could see him having a career like Robert Smith
