Looking to do around a 12lb pastalaya for a baseball fundraiser. They want to feed around 200-225

Playing around with the jambalaya calculator, if it were made with rice you you wouldn't get 225 1 1/2 cup servings in a 20 gallon pot. You'd need at least a 24 gallon one.

Spaghetti yields about the same volume as rice, maybe a touch less.
