How many of the Fla. School activists were in the building with the shooting?

Were any of these kids that are parading around the country pushing political agendas shot at? Were they in the same building with the shooter? Did they truly lose "close friends"?
Perhaps they did, and I can be less cynical. I would appreciate some help on those facts.

My question is why didn't ANYONE jump on the shooter at any point?

They keep getting called survivors. That's a big school and many of them were nowhere near the shooting.
I would call many of them witnesses, but most are neither a witness nor a survivor.

I've only seen ages given for a few of the deceased, but most of those students were 15 years old, which would coincide with your comment. Did these seniors really hang out with the freshmen? I'm assuming this is a large school.

There were definitely some juniors and seniors killed. One of them was in graduation cap and gown in the pic used in memorial videos.

The shooting was in a building referred to as a freshman building. I don’t believe it was only freshmen.
Several 17 and 18 year olds were also killed.

Yeah - they are pretty loose with that word. Like I survived a car wreck on I-45. It happened within a minute of my passing by.

They are. There’s almost certainly no conspiracy in the planning or execution of the shooting. And navel gazing over the motives of the little glory hounds doesn’t really help either.

Where did I attack the kids? I asked a couple of questions. I ask these questions because they don't seem to distraught with their selfies with famous people and their first class flights.

None of the fantastic four were in the building, or even on campus, when the shooting occurred.
If you watched the events and interviews in real time, you would have noticed none of the fantastic four were present until late in the evening on that day.
All of the post shooting interviews were with random kids who we never saw again. Many of whom claimed there were multiple shooters. Even a teacher claimed the shooter was in full SWAT gear.
