Buying a new set of wedges. Always played Titleist, but the knockoff PXG look of the Callaways are kind of sexy. Anyone playing the forged Callaways? Currently have a set of SM7s ordered, but I can always trade em in.

TIA.

The callaways look like shovels for some reason

MD Forged are great but you only get one grind and few bounce options. The MD4s look great. Can’t go wrong with either tbh. I’d hit the 7s a couple times to see if you like them. If not, trade them in like you said.

Not as many grind options but Mizuno wedges have the best feel.

Mack Daddy Forged is the softest wedge I’ve ever hit. Comes stock with Tour Issue s200. I have 3 of them and love em

If you really play a lot (enough to want to get fitted) I highly recommend custom Edel wedges. Also, their putters are amazing if you are fit for them.
