Yeah probably so. But this is more fun. Any as stated, no way LSU had a legitimate shot at all these guys. But man, in the 90s, LSU woulda been stacked if they had gotten more in state talent.

Neither one of the mannings were ever coming to LSU....but Eli should have gone to a better passing sec school than OLE MISS....
OLE MISS. was just 4 more years of the preppy lifestyle of newman...

Never did much in the NFL but he was good at Michigan. I think he was there when brady was there.

He got Rookie of the Year.

Fred Dean- NFL HOF and not on any list I see...
Stan Humphries- don't see him either(missed the transfer thing)
John Stephens
John David Crow
Shack Harris
Doug Williams

I know there are a lot missing, those are just a few I didn't see listed off the top of my head. If the op wants basketball too, then the list gets a bit crazy

I think the OP should be more specific in his OP.

Anyone notice Speedy Noil didn’t make any lists.

Clyde Drexler
Robert Parish
Willis Reed
Bill Russell (moved from Funroe to Cali when he was 8 years-old)

I know this won't be popular but Surtain will be way up on the list when it's all said and done. I really think that kid will be a game changer.

Warwick Dunn
Eli and Payton (Probably never would have came to lsu anyway but still)
Landon Collins
Terry Bradshaw
Reggie Wayne
Aeneas Williams (although he did play in BR, at southern)
Marshall Faulk
Jake Delhome
Eddie Lacey
Matt Forte
Tracy Porter
Joe McKnight
Brandon Jacobs

The list goes on....
Bolded are the first two I thought of.

Have to add:
Cameron Robinson
Aeneas Williams (PP7 before there was a PP7)
Neil Smith
(Just think if he's on the '87 team; so close to going 11-1 and winning SEC that year)
Greg Robinson (we shoulda had him)
Chris Williams (with Bills, OG, from BR- since most probably never heard of him)

Almost added Willie Roaf, but remembered he's from AR.

LOL...You must be a relative. But there have been many over the years. I go back to those I knew and played against....John Fourcade to Ole Miss..Johnny Hector to A&M...Tommy Wilcox to Bama...Billy Jr. to A&M...there have been many over the years. LSU missed a bunch of black players in the late 60's and early 70's to Grambling and northern colleges that would have really helped...
