He wasn't getting parental permission, he wasn't doing it with a second doctor or trainer in the room, he wasn't wearing gloves, he wasn't using medical lube.
This is foul but... He would basically rub them on the outside until they got wet, he would then insert his uncovered fingers and feel around. He would tell them the procedure would sometimes make them feel a "pop" sensation. All in all to me it sounds like the dude was getting off on breaking little girl's hymens.

And whats scary is we still have a lot more who haven't said anything either. I know a lot of former elites at LSU and a few other schools who don't want to comment on Nassar.
