They should plead this to a misdemeanor and probation.

The doctor should be hauled in front of the medical ethics board for an inappropriate relationship with a subordinate.

The cheating wife should lose custody and have to pay alimony and child support.

I mean most men would act like idiots if we had a gut feeling that our wives were getting dicked down by a doctor

Getting a divorce lawyer and cleaning her out is being a tattletale?

Yeah ok. That's it. I'm a tattler and you're a big tough guy.

You have fun being poor in jail while I'll have fun keeping my kids and staying out of massive debt.

I just don't see the usefulness in having others handle your business. There are too many laws and too much red tape.

It's really simple - commit adultery, and someone is going to do something really bad to you.

ETA: I'm all for lawyering up and cleaning out an adulterer after the justified beatdown. But they should be the heavy salting of the wound.

Dude you are creating MORE red tape by attacking the person whose home you just broke into. How can you not see that?

You are getting divorced and will need lawyers either way so being the first to lawyer up does not mean you are letting others handle your business.

also, at saying there are too many laws. Not breaking into a persons home is one of oldest laws ever. Not attacking a person in said home shouldn't be something that is too difficult to understand.

Or worse yet get yourself shot/ killed entering someone's property over some skank.

I'm almost stunned at the idiots thinking it's okay to follow a cheating wife & enter someone's property or confronting them.

How is this so stunning? You invite someone else's wife into your home and frick her, you're also inviting her husband in to frick you up.

You need to calm down & need to realize that your skank wife isn't worth you dying ( leaving kids behind) , killing someone & going to prison over .

I've scene the scenario were a schoolmate killed a guy over a cheating significant other . One man dead & another idiot in prison . A friend of mine stepped in after the carnage & got the young lady those 2 were fighting over

No, you don't get to break into a person's home just b/c your spouse is stepping out on you. No you do not get to record people w/o their permission in said home you just broke into. No, you do not get to commit violence against them. Doing what you say would mean saying goodbye to your kids for the rest of your life while you rot in jail for acting like complete fricktard.

More than a few are willing to endure the consequences and settle matters themselves. Once met a old man that had been brought into the hospital from the state prison where he was serving life for killing his wife and her lover, he said it was worth it, and if given the chance he would do the same thing again, said his kids and grandkids visited him regularly in prison.

Yeah, I’m not a fan of burglars. But really, a prosecutor with common sense and decency would’ve gave him a minor trespass and let him go. But apparently this prosecutor is scum. Probably a woman on a power trip.

Fine, but you can't argue that actions have consequences so just deal with it, then be outraged when those consequences' actions also have consequences that one shouldn't need to deal with it.

Title is misleading. Not one of his charges has anything to do with that.

It is over entering a stranger’s home, filming a sexual encounter within
