Where and conditions.
Lafayette, 31°, windy and cloudy, had a little sleet earlier, but radar shows more sleet followed by snow.
Anybody in Eunice or Opelousas? Showing snow there now.

Dallas. 20 out. Not a drop of snow or anything that I saw last night or this morning. Just cold as frick and windy.

I would think at some point yes but the weather guys could likely give great info. In 1989 over Mardi Gras I was one of the last ones over the bridge before they closed it ... it was a bad ice event.
