Had a couple inches of snow come in Thursday night into Friday and cancelled school. Last night we got another 4 inches on top of what hadn’t melted and we’re out today too. Could be out of school tomorrow as well since the temps are holding the teens.

30° now in Lafayette, steady mix of rain/sleet. The roads are going to be a skating rink in a couple of hours.

The bulbs have come up.
We skipped winter.
Last night at 3,000 ft, swarms of butterflies were out.
Its been mid 60s three days running.
Its likely to snow eventually and the proper food and prey won't be around after.
A mess.

Northern CA. 1,300 feet between mountains. 5,000 to the north and 3,000 to the east and south.
