OT Plumbers - I accidentally drilled a hole in toilet drain pipe. What now?

As the title implies, I done screwed up. I was anchoring a new wall in when I went a little too far with the drill and hit the toilet drain. It was a 3/8" drill.
Am I off base for thinking I should be able to patch this up, or should I fork out the cash and get a plumber to cut the pipe and add a new fitting? It's a really tight spot that is hard to access.
Here is a pic of the pipe after I busted up the concrete to assess the damage:

Call a plumber. You don't need to be doing any more damage. I hope you're not a contractor.

Seems like you're in for a load of shite.

Looks like a 90?
How hard is it to get to?
Definitely don't use that toilet.

This. Did you know you can boat with a flex seal tape

It should be easy enough for you to cut the pipe and glue a fitting on.

Flex seal or go to Walmart and buy a small pint size fiberglass kit and just glass it or epoxy putty. No real pressure there.

It's low pressure. Repair it.
In would plug the hole probably with some sort of waterproof silicone sealant, the get a piece of the same size pipe, cut a piece that covers hole on all sides, and pvc glue it onto the outside.(your piece will match the curvature perfectly for the best adhesion)

The only way to fix the issue is to pour cement around the pipe to ensure that the hole gets sealed.

Why would you do that?

Anybody ever actually use Flex Seal?
I mean other than to repair a boat that you cut in half.
