Here's to hoping you don't have to see it on every commercial or hear it get brought up on every game you play moving forward. Or every time you try to have a conversation with a rival fan base it is the only response you get is a refrence to that when they run out of things to say.

wasn't pulling for you guys but that is tough to watch no matter who it is.

here's to a long off season for us both.

Probably not near as bad as last year SB for ya'll, but yeah it hurts. We will still keep laughing at you though, will just take a few weeks.

Nah. It was a rollercoaster with a wall and no breaks at the end, but I'm over it. The players are the ones who have to suffer and go through a year's worth of ups and downs to get back to the same spot. I get to live my life and watch from the sidelines comfortably.

Thanks, for being civil.

28-3 will be the ultimate choke job for decades to come. This was just a fluke play. Does it hurt? Yes, it does. But the Super Bowl wasn't handed to us on a silver platter like it was to you last season, only for you to give it right back.

I can be relatively civil for this conversation.

Yes this hurts. Not as bad as the 49ers game in January 2012, but still bad none the less. And to add to the fact, it’ll be brought up for the rest of time and ANY time the Saints play the Vikings.

However, anyone, Falcons or Saints fans, comparing this to what the Falcons did last February is completely ludicrous. The Saints lost a road Divisional game to the #2 seed with the #1 defense after being down by 17, and getting shut out in the first half, on a last second play where everything the Vikings did was wrong but everything turned out right. The Falcons had a 25 point lead with about 17 minutes to go in the Super Bowl. One player for the Saints shite the bed at the worst time imaginable. Just about every player and coach did that in the SB.

Yes. This sucks, bad. But it’ll never compare.

eh, we're gonna see that play for a long time but it won't really mean shite if the Vikings don't win it all, tbh.

Just like showing Vernon Davis crying after beating us in 2011. It didn't mean anything once they lost to the Giants the next week.

I just think we had too many damn injuries to win a SB this year. I think we would have beaten the Eagles, but I really don't see us beating the Pats without a few breaks that they usually don't give away.

The difference is we were never up 28-3.

Hell most thought the game was over at halftime down 17-0. The fact that the saints came back and took the lead then lost on a fluke play is nowhere near as bad as choking away that Super Bowl lead.

Besides, despite the disappointing ending yesterday, the Saints overachieved this year.

How's it feel coming so close and still not having that ring?

Blown plays happen.

But blowing a 28-3 lead in the showcase of your profession? That takes some serious suck.

Yeah, when I want some peace and quiet, I just set my phone to Atlanta Falcons mode - no rings.
