Dreamers in the context of the bill are people who pay into DACA.

DACA isn’t a person, or group of people.

He wants American born kids to be Dreamers, because he has no idea what Dreamers means, or who Dreamers are.

Dreamers is a bullshite made up term to refer to ILLEGAL immigrants.

It's a trick to rob whimsical hopeful words and assign them to shitty situations for some people...robbing the use of those terms for others...

That's his point...

He's saying frick context, I don't want to use that word for people in this situation.
