The thing about Canada is at least his offense could move the ball against good defenses.

That’s your perception. Total offense is basically the same since 2014, which is as far back as I went.

Ironically, the 2017 total offense is about 100 yards more than the 2015 total offense—and we had a cancelled game in 2015.

There was more movement on the line (gimmicks) and better execution of the short pass, but the offensive production is basically the same.

In defense of Ensminger in the Bama game last season, he was using Les Miles' old playbook and often complained that most teams knew the plays coming via the formations.

Ensminger's said his new offense will be a spread RPO offense with three to four wideouts.

You act like the offense E ran was totally his and it wasn't, he tweaked Cameron's offense. The big problem I had in the Bama game was, he didn't stick to the tweaks he had made and reverted back to Cameron's offense against Bama. I think we'll see a different philosophy next year, different from what he ran as interim OC. Pro style doesn't mean power I formation 100% of the time, you can run multiple sets. You see that in the pros, they run multiple sets, some teams run I, shotgun, variations of the spread(teams with more mobile qb's).
