What's the recidivism rate for HCs?

Edited title:

WAS: Incorrigible
NOW: Beyond Repair

Haven’t heard that word since Gay Oscar used it in “The Office”

He shouldn’t be.

You can come back from that. It’s not like assault or worse.

Is the Hugh Freeze investigation over for good? Have all NCAA violations been given?

If the answer is yes to both of these questions he is not beyond repair. He could be an OC for a few years, and then try to get a HC gig at a lower level school.

Lol, you say this as if you're the one deciding what's going to happen.

Hugh Freeze may coach at a P5 school as HC within the next 5 years.

The answer is yes.

And everyone deserves a second chance. Just like O, Alleva, and Ponamsky themselves got.

I've debated this with a few coworkers about Freeze and Briles. One of the things that I liked most about Miles, and got spoiled with honestly, was that he was successful and did it with integrity. He did a lot of things the right way off the field.

I guess it really depends on what you want. Do you want a winning season at any cost? If that's the case then Freeze or Briles would be the best hire at the moment.

It was literally his undoing to keep hiring mediocre yes men as coaches to run his offenss. The last 5 years of his tenure were not very successful for LSU standards. The numbers don't lie.

Off the field. Not on the field.... Like recruiting, hiring coaches. It was never a shadow game and people knew up front what was going on.

No. He will be hired in a year or two and everyone will be saying it's no big deal.

Why can’t LSU pay for a top notch OC? It isn’t like you had to desperately pour money into retaining a DC that no one else wanted

LSU can afford a top notch OC, they’re just choosing to be retarded. And lol Aranda took less money to stay in Baton Rouge Aggie. He knows he isn’t a miracle worker.

Because you don’t like 2 of the OC’s who have a little baggage? There are other OC’s out there that are more serviceable than Steve Ensminger dude. O just wants someone he can tell what to do because Canada basically told him to stick to what he’s good at and that’s eating, fighting, and coaching DLine.

I know this. What I am saying is it doesn't have to be Ensminger or Freeze/Briles. There a lot of other coaches out there.
