I have no doubt that CSE knows alot of shite, and I think he's a decent-to-good OC. And, we do need him on the team as a coach for reasons other than, but necessarily including, recruiting.

However, I look at him the same way I looked at Grimes:

Ensminger has repeatedly said he didn't want the position (one he hasn't had for 20 years), but O wants to force the issue and name him offensive coordinator when he was fired both times as offensive coordinator in the past for aTm and Clemson.
