Coach O lost his chance to hire a big splash hire with Canada. He did so by not vetting the coach before hiring and wasted the hire. So now all we can do is Ensminger. Let’s see what he can do with his Offense in place. He had to use Camerons offense when he was a interim. So only time will tell.

I don't. I hated the O hire. I'm just attempting to somehow comprehend this. I just dont understand this. I mean this move had to be approved my multiple levels right? The BOS? My question isnt really trying to back O, but if someone in say middle management brings in a guy to work with him, it would normally have to be approved by their boss. So if O was this irrational to want this, why was noone there to stop it? Mindblowing to me if this really was the case.
