A lawsuit not a criminal case, right? A lawsuit doesn't mean he's guilty of breaking any laws or even NCAA bylaws.

You Ensminger's god-son or something?
FAU hired him with no problem the entire time this supposed lawsuit had been ongoing. Now all of a sudden it's an issue?

No, I would not support an Ensminger promotion
FAU hired Kendal AFTER the first lawsuit was settled. Then in Jan, a new lawsuit was filed. This one SPECIFICALLY named Kendal. It is an ongoing case. So FAU was completely unaware that Kendal might have participated in the rape culture when he was hired
LSU does not have that luxury

And all it says is that he supposedly told a recruit, "do you like white women? they love football players!"
Thats all.

They looked into his background. He was found clean. Why else could he be coaching? Are you saying he's coaching illegally?

So what you’re saying is the only chance LSU has is to use this court of public opinion against Alleva and FKA.
Welp, there you have it, hopefully some women will #metoo both of them. Or men. Doesn’t matter these days.

Suit was just settle in October or November. The Plaintiff’s pleading did have an uncomfortable quote by Kendal, but the quote in context of the scandal looks bad.
I am all for KB and many want him. I dont think people realize how bad the Baylor debacle was.
Indo not think and have been personally told Briles is still to hot.

And about a dozen just resigned or are not running for re-election because we are just finding out about that list
We know in advance about what happened at Baylor. So LSU has no excuses if they hire him

He's not guilty of anything. Nothing at all. LSU should feel bad about hiring someone who isn't being charged with anything?
Would you hate it even more if he cursed too?

Do you fricking KNOW what being "named" in a lawsuit means you simpleton?
Nothing.
It means nothing.
You may have been a witness or a party present to a crime. If you were in a liquor store when it was robbed and the robber slipped and fell and broke his leg and sued the store owner. Guess what? You would be "named" in the lawsuit. As a witness.
Was Kendal Briles a party to the lawsuit? Is he named as a defendant? Do you also understand that this is a civil suit and only carries monetary damages and any idiot with $300 and a ride to the courthouse can file one?
I can file one right now against you for intellectual distress because I feel about 40 IQ points dumber for having had a conversation with you. Id probably win too.

Yes
This lawsuit involves the culture that allowed 52 rapes to occur
Kendal has been identified, by the filing as one who promoted sex as a tool for players to feel comfortable in using, while at Baylor

but you aren't responsible for keeping the donors happy are you? you would change your fricking tune then. no matter what you say, the people that donate big bucks are listened to.

There is something there, Baylor just got lucky they are a private school and could suppress the info. Poppa Briles ran a dirty as shite program and Baby Briles was right in the middle of it.
Why not just hire Gilbert if Lsu wants that offense?

I'd venture to say that I know more people with buildings named after them at LSU than most people do. The "Big Bucks" people are not the decision makers, the LSU Board of Supervisors are.
The TAF members want a winner.
So, who needs to be made happy? A bunch of political appointees? F them. I know too many of those bastards as well. I've seen LSU hire HC's based upon how it would help a potential vote count for Governor in the past. Is that messed up or what?
Enough of that crap. Let's hire a great coach and let the team flourish. In the end, its the fans who suffer from this insider bullshite. I'm tired of it.
