You confuse amusement at the potential situation Trumpkins have inferred with tacit endorsement. It’s ok, I wouldn’t expect any different.

That's what you got out of that? shite you guys really are a cult of personality.

What this means (to those who don't worship at the alter of Trump) is there's a he said, she said aspect to what happened in the WH. Wolff is putting it all in there. Then he points out what he thinks is bullshite and what is the truth.

Y'all really are dense.

Dude, I am not and have never been a dem, and vote Republican the majority of the time. I believe Trump to be incompetent and he and his entire family corrupt. That's why I would prefer a President Pence.

Thanks, I try

But really, I hate when this place becomes an echo chamber. A few dissenting voices to provoke debate from time to time is needed.

I mean this book may all be bullshite but it may not be. But to say this quotation means that the book is total BS is just asinine. Though, I'm interested to see what Wolff actually has on these tapes.

Now wouldn’t that be the ultimate irony....The guy that made his first major waves in politics by pushing birtherism and Obama conspiracies having his credibility further eroded by the same tactics.

Right the same guy that came out and publically stated the barry was born in the USA, keep trying, you come from the premise that you dislike Trump and thus cannot look at this objectively because you feel he should just take it.

I don't know much about Wolff but on his show last night Tucker Carlson was very defensive when his guest tried to discredit him. Tucker was adamant he was a well respected "conservative" journalist and was certain he wasn't lying.

How is the MSM being fooled when organizations like the Wa Po are reporting that it's untrustworthy?

This guy has a history of outright lying to tell a fake story.

quote:

(Wolff's previous book) “Burn Rate” came under siege from critics who challenged its credibility, including the long verbatim conversations that Wolff recounted despite taking scant notes. Brill’s Content, a now-defunct media-review publication, cited a dozen people who disputed quotes attributed to them in the book.

Wolff followed up “Burn Rate” by taking over the media column at New York magazine, where he almost immediately ran into trouble. Judith Regan, then a hotshot book editor who had been a classmate of Wolff’s at Vassar, vigorously disputed almost every paragraph of Wolff’s column about her. She said she hadn’t had a personal conversation with Wolff in 30 years.

3 things:
1) this guy is a bullshite artist.
2) classmate at Vassar college? I thought that was an all female college....
3) Brill’s Content, a now-defunct media-review publication...... We need this now more than ever, how is it defunct?

WAPO

quote:

But she added, “Much to the annoyance of Wolff’s critics, the scenes in his columns aren’t recreated so much as created — springing from Wolff’s imagination rather than from actual knowledge of events. Even Wolff acknowledges that conventional reporting isn’t his bag.” An editor who worked with Wolff told Cottle, “He is adroit at making the reader think that he has spent hours and days with his subject, when in fact he may have spent no time at all.”

This guy writes fiction and everyone knows it, yet CNN runs with this as gospel.... Shameful.

An unbiased review of the RESULTS of his first year in office cannot support this position. If you dwell on what he says and tweets, maybe you can be distracted by all the emotional garbage that appeals to Democrats. Results based Republicans can be nothing but satisfied with the results thus far.

Sorry you are mistaken and confused.

Also, he would let housekeeping know when he wanted his sheets done, and he would strip his own
