You don’t have to believe in them. Just know about them and try them out. See what happens.

The best cold remedy cure is this elixer that is derived from the oil of the Burmese Python.

Because the bottom of your feet is the place to treat a respiratory infection.

I only believe in bourbon, lemon, and honey.

And Zyrtec.

That's the last place the infection is expecting to be attacked from.

You need to keep immune system up

Vitamin C
Vitamin b6 ( B12 will help energy)
Vitamin E

What you get from doc just shortens the time of illness.

This may be the worst flu yet-

My grandmother would do the Vicks Vapor Rub on the bottom of her feet with really thick wool socks.
She lived to be 98 and lived by herself. My grandfather was 90 when he passed away.

I've started taking elderberry syrup everyday during cold/flu season. I was coming down with a head cold (woke up with a sore throat) last year, and I bought a bottle and it seemed to knock it out. Now I take it as a preventative medicine.

I think the best preventions for cold and flu are wash your hands regularly and don't touch your face (like rub your eyes).
