If he's serious about forcing his son as HCIW they should.

No.

Manhatten isn't Florida.

And he came back to rescue the program after they nose-dived after he left.

He built something but it's just him...The minute he leaves again, K-State turns back to Temple level overnight.

K-State would trot his corpse out onto the field if they could to get recruits in 20 years.

Didn’t they do that 15 years ago and then bring him back 8 years later?

Hell no. KSU isn't Florida State. They were absolute shite before Snyder and were slipping back in to it with Prince. Florida State has (and had shortly before Bowden retired) all of the resources to be at least decent no matter who the coach is. K-State is not that way, it takes a very special person who can identify talent, leverage JUCOs, and recruit to Manhattan. Snyder will either die in office or leave with an appointed successor...probably either Bielema or Venables, possibly even Gary Patterson...but there is no way in hell the EMAWers run Snyder out of town.

Why? 7-5 is their natural habitat.

He should. Very close to many players with direct experience with the program. He's reputation is not nearly as shiny on the inside as it is perceived from the outside. He is beginning to handicap the program by trying to politic for his son. Things can go bad very quickly for KSU in the next few years without a great hire.

Hayden Fry treatment. Small rural school with no much history and no natty's = casual CFB fans around the country won't even know who is 10-20 after he retires, even though in reality he's one of the greatest coaches to ever do it.

I wonder what Saban could do there?

It would be a place with virtually no history, limited resources, bad weather, no real recruiting footprint.

Essentially, it is the polar opposite of Florida.

Are you drunk??

Kansas St officials would make a deal with the devil, so Snyder would stop aging and coach for another 30 years if they could.

He only leaves to let his son take over. thats it. They let him retire one time, and Scary Smart ran them into the shitters, so they ain't asking him to leave, until he wants to leave.
