WWtOTD? Neighbor/noise/grass related

My neighbor has a lawn service that comes every 2-3 weeks at 6am on Fridays. She is elderly and not usually very coherent. The lawn company still comes out even during this time of year when there is nothing to cut.
The problem is this is waking my wife and baby.
I’m at work every. single. time. this happens. I’ve taken off on Fridays or worked from home on Fridays, but I always miss them.
My wife has gone out to talk to the lawn crew, but they pretty much just ignore her. The truck they drive is unmarked, so we don’t know which service they work for.
The elderly lady has a son(?) who comes check on her every afternoon, and he’s not interested in being any help or talking to me at all really.
Besides pics, what’s the OT’s next step? I’m guessing they’re breaking the sound ordinance (65db before 8am). Should the wife call the non-emergency number for local police? I’ve always been able to talk things out with neighbors before. I don’t want to make any enemies, but I don’t want the wife and baby to suffer. Any advice, oh wise OT?

That lawn service is cutting your neighbor's grass and mowing your wife's lawn!!!

If you that worried about it, pay to have their grass cut later in the day or do it yourself. Players make plays

In my opinion that's too early.

Couple of questions. Where do you have to be at work before 6AM, but can also work from home? Second have you even asked them about it? Sounds like they could be taking advantage of the old hag. Why would you need a lawn service in mid December?

People are supposed to be up at 6 going to work. Maybe your kid won't grow up to be w snowflake because of this

Where I work has nothing to do with the solution.
I haven’t asked the lawn service about it because I haven’t been around while it’s happened. I’ve tried to talk to the caregiver, but he’s not receptive. I’ve tried to talk to the neighbor, but she doesn’t really understand. Most days, I just smile and wave at her.
She doesn’t need a lawn service right now. I’m pretty sure she’s being taken advantage, which really sucks.

Get the truck’s license plate number, post it here and let the OT do work

Threaten to call the police will get results because chances are someone on that crew has an outstanding warrant.

Yeah, that’s the best solution I’ve come up with so far.
My concern is that the other service will continue to take advantage of her and cut the grass regardless of if it’s already been cut. I mean, they’re coming in December and it doesn’t need cutting. :(

Send your wife out to do reconnaissance on the lawn crew.
Tell her to compliment them on how nice the lawn looks and that she’s contemplating having them take care of her lawn.
Get her to get the contact information on them and then let us here do our magic on the Lawn service.

People here complain when their neighbors go more than three days without cutting their grass. Maybe she's concerned about his home value.

Stand aside OT. As a Bama Fan, I got this.
Poison her yard. No grass = No Lawn Service. Problem solved.

I don't know why everyone doesn't use white noise to help sleep.
