Used to see these all the time in Louisiana. Been in Texas twenty years. Not seen one yet.

I went through the one in front of the WInn Dixie on Hwy 59 a few weeks ago. I had no inspection sticker because my windshield was just replaced (last month). The officer noticed but gave me a break. Thankfully he didn’t even ask me for license or registration... my registration is expired.

There is no money in it. Bust the guy selling a crack rock with no job and no money other than whats in his pocket. He goes to jail serves about 30 days and he is back on the street.

Now most people they give a DUI to have a job and the cops know they will collect thousands of dollars.

Its not thats its easier, its that they know its a waste of time busting drug dealers that dont care and play the system.

I'm waiting for some poster to start crying about their dead relative that was killed by a drunk driver.

Your dead relative is NOT more important than the freedom of the United States of America.

I am sorry he/she died, and I dont condone drunk driving, but suppresive authoritarian rule is not the answer.

I would gladly give my life to prevent check points.

If y'all had a Loop none of this would happen.

But yet many who think like you think the war on drugs is worthless? So which is it? Combat one thing or not?

Don't drink and drive and there would be no need to post this. So you're helping others get around endangering everyone else life on the road. Thumbs up way to go!!
