I find that much too hard to believe. $29 billion per year would seem more believable. I still recall Senator Bill Proxmire's monthly Golden Fleece Awards. A lot of them went to the Pentagon.

Dumb title. If this isn't a complete lie, which it likely is given the source, it isn't like they would find a bunker with $29T in it. This would be an accounting/documentation issue. Any money "found" would have been spent.
