I think he's shocked by the gravity of everything and can't encapsulate it.
He's stated 3 or 4 times now that he can't cite a similar level of corruption anywhere in our nation's history.
However, he could also be drunk. But, he seems tired but impaired. ETA correction he seems tired but not impaired

I listened to tonight's show on TuneIn while driving home.
I was ready to go find some lefties and beat the stupid out of them.
Even though he is correct on 90% of the stuff he talks about, and one of the few who actually has investigative journalists on his show, he knows how to get the blood boiling.
Sessions/OIG/Wray better put these mother frickers in prison.
