I registered as Democrat when I was 18 and voted John Kerry basically bc Jon Stewart said it was cool and Bush was lame on the daily show and I thought it was the way to go. Glad I grew up

Most of you have turned to an absolute embarrassment of a man to express your outrage. Part of the problem even if your initial concerns were valid.

The vast majority of conservatives helped put Trump in office. The high ground is forever lost.

my hero, Ronald Reagan.

I just can’t believe my party is now putting up idiots like Roy Moore for election. Politics has become a rancid cesspool, man. I see no end to this.

Hate to break the bad news to you, but your hero planted the seeds that have fruited people like Roy Moore.

Me,too. I also got to cast my first vote for Reagan.

I couldn’t agree more. It just keeps getting worse in terms of Congressional candidates.

I do love me some MAGA.

I suppose you don't remember people calling Reagan an idiot and "an amiable dunce." There were republicans saying the same thing you are back in 1981. He was out there and stupid and dangerous.

This is in no way a defense of Roy Moore but you know what you get when you see him.

The McConnells, Ryan’s, Mcains, Graham’s of the world are good at hiding what they truly are. Career politicians who who’re themselves out to the donor class. They are masters of deceiving a very uneducated populace and majority that has too quick memory/forgetful.

They are scum of the earth and will/have done more damage than a Roy Moore ever could.

Reagan was for free trade and immigration. One of his most famous speechs was in Berlin where he said “Mr Gorbachev tear down this wall”

So do tell how any of that is something Trumpkins would support?

When you resort to calling John McCain “scum of the earth,” you have made my point.

Free trade is fair trade Reagan understood basic economics so he knew trade isn’t a zero sum game.
He granted amnesty and again called on a world leader to tear down not build a wall.

What didn't happen with that amnesty deal?

It's not free trade when the odds are stacked against us by having the highest corporate tax rate in the industrialized world. Reagan would have never been for "free trade" as it is currently structured.
