OU this year is trying to match LSU with almost 5 or 6 10.0 start value vaults

LSU made a major separation from the pack due to the difficulty and execution alone on vault.

I think this is pretty accurate.

LSU lost the most routines from last year of the 3 teams....8 in total. Add on 1 more for Kelly's floor so that's 9 scores from last year missing.
Not to mention the potential she had on events this year.

UF I thin only loses 1 and OU maybe 6(Capps in AA and a bars and 1 other)

All three teams are loaded though....Its going to be a fun year

Based on yesterday we should be competing 5-10.0 start values, with Finn being the lone 9.95

Myia DRILLED her vault. Every vault looks improved this fall

Edwards is a monster in the making on vault, its a very new vault for her too.

10.0 SV vaults include, Edney, Ruby, Edwards, hambrick, Lexi

Finnegan can compete a 1 1/2 and its already ready but I think we won't see it until mid season, at least that is what DD told me

I am most excited to see how the floor routines go later. A lot of wide open competition there

Just left 101. I’m not sure we will hold onto that ranking after the season opener. There was definitely something missing. Not a lot of fire or spark. The team seemed unsure and uncomfortable to me. I know we are young, and will improve as the season goes on though similar to 2016. I’m legit worried about floor this year.

It will all be fine, a lot of uncharacteristic stuff from people who have proven themselves.

I will write a update in a few

People need to understand we have 7 true freshman, sophomores and juniors who haven't competed an event in front of a live crowd in years. A lot of them are battling injuries at the moment or coming back from an injury.

We have 4 freshman who will have a MAJOR impact on this team. I like what I saw from the freshman who IMO are the question marks. Everything else will fall into place. LSU will be extremely young an inexperienced on floor. Bars and beam will definitely be a plus

This team will be very much like a 2016 year but I have seen a lot of these routines all fall and the execution and capabilities are all there to be just as good as last years squad

We will have some rough moments trying to develop depth. People need to remember, we went through this with Mckenna Kelley, Cannamela, Finnegan. All had some brilliant moments, then some bad ones but it all worked out by post season

Time time time

And of course, I don’t expect them to peak in December. I’m just saying I could see where they are lacking that confidence right now. I’m not worried at all about vault, bars, or beam. I just see some real struggles on floor this year. It’s so strange to say that though considering that LSU is always a floor team.
