I'm assuming it was caused by the hit at the endzone? It looked bad but I had to leave after that so I didn't see if he came back in.

Just think if the refs don't extend the Eagles drive with that BS taunting penalty Wentz never takes that hit

Probably, he stayed out there and threw a TD but was done after that.
He plenty of room to run on the TD pass and probably could have rolled left and got in if he wasn't hurt.
