From 12-21 to 12-24...never been and I am dreading like the proctologist.
Is it nothing but long lines, crowds and dumb shite??

If you mean 12-21 to 1-4 or 12-24 that will probably be a busy time with all the schools out and everyone wanting to see Disney at Xmas
I'm guessing Christmas eve and day might not be quite as bad
Good luck!
It's worth seeing at Xmas time though!

Go with God.
Find booze.

Will pray for you. Short of appeasing a dying child, wild horses couldn't get me there at that time of year.

It's better to go the week before Christmas like you are doing than to go the week between Christmas and New Years, which is a complete shite show.
My family used to take trips where we'd leave Georgia the day that school got out (usually around the 18th to 20th), get there late, and start going to parks the following day. We'd always leave to go back home on the 23rd or 24th, and the crowds were always fairly manageable.

But in all seriousness...I hate Disney. I had to go with the ex and her family. It was awful.

Wild Horses couldn’t drag me there around Christmas.
May the Lord have mercy on the OP’s soul.

Avoid Magic Kingdom.
Get drunk in the other parks.

Do you have kids? If so, how on earth will y’all be ready for Christmas Day when you will be in Disney just prior? No way I could or would want to do that.

What’s wrong with just buying in with wherever you are and enjoying one of the remaining days you have on Earth. Just go with the flow , leave the world- weary cynicism at home and who knows, you might enjoy yourself.

I agree 100% about enjoying everyday.
However, I can think of several other places I would rather be and several other things I would want to be doing the 4 days before Christmas (especially with young kids).
Different strokes....
