Probably the same or a lower level bowl. Had we beat Troy, chances are the team wouldn’t have had “come to Jesus leadership” meetings & the sloppy unmotivated attitude would’ve hung around & cost us the Florida &/or the Auburn game.

The players themselves have said that if they had beaten Troy then some of the other wins might not have happened. It is an overused cliche' in sports, but I believe the Troy game truly WAS a "wakeup call" for this team. It forced them to refocus and get to a level they might not have attained had the half-assedly won the Troy game.

We beat Troy, do we beat Florida by that narrow margin again? Have to stop thinking of the past and what ifs. Move on.

Probably the same one.

Auburn at 10-2 still would have gone to the SEC Championship game ahead of us, and we’d still be ranked behind Alabama and Georgia. Our ranking in polls would be a few spots higher, but it wouldn’t really make much of a difference on bowl pecking order.

I would rather lose to Troy and beat UF and Auburn if beating Troy meant we don't beat one or both of those teams.

I hate to say it, but I don't think LSU beats Florida or Auburn without the loss to Troy and the "come to Jesus" meetings that followed.

The fact that Florida is still mentioned as a decent win is kinda laughable.

What bowl do we go to if we lose to auburn?

What bowl do we go to if we go undefeated?

What bowl game do we go to if we go 6-6?
