Was never a special prosecutorfor Benghazi.. the appointment of a special prosecutor is always politically-driven and usually an atttempt by the Legislative Branch to control the Executive branch

This is about him talking to the ambassador.
And the person that signed this seems like they practice writing their name to stick out.

While on its face it looks as though the president’s hand-selected, previously-fired, already being investigated at time of appointment as National Security Advisor was attempting to make untoward and unauthorized deals with the government of the Russian Fedration—actions he felt were unseemly enough to lie to the FBI about—what this actually means is that there’s nothing there and the probe is over.
Is this the “investigation is really into his time at DIA under Obama” thing you alluded to earlier this week?
Who’s never right, again, pumpkin?

Lock him up.

If you talk to someone enough times, you eventually get some detail different between conversations.
That’s what got Scooter Libby’s arse in a sling even though he didn’t leak Plame to be press.

Mueller is such a swamp monster.

Then why are they lying?

It was false statements to the FBI. Something they can charge anyone with.
ETA: they can literally say that anyone one lied after hours of interrogating. An attorney I know says to always record every questioning you get from the Feds.

Why lie to the FBI if you have nothing to hide?
Imagine this you sit for hours upon hours answering questions from an FBI investigator or US Department of Justice attorney...Literally thousands of questions... usually about something that occurred years prior...do you think you could answer a thousand questions without saying something that could be interpreted as not being true.... is it possible that your memory might fail you on some point

It's either that or there's much more Flynn knows and this was his deal to sing.
More likely the first one, though. These dudes always came off as amateurs bumbling around. I never put too much stock in there being a grand conspiracy within the Trump team.

Yet, Hillary somehow didn't warrant a charge of lying to the FBI. That's unbelievable.

What was really puzzling about Flynn is that he was director of army intelligence. If anyone should know that we'd be listening in to the Russian ambassador it would be him. And yet he still lied to FBI about his five conversations with Kislyak on the day sanctions came down.

Remember he's already said he has "quite the story to tell"
He worked in the Trump administration for 20 DAYS.
I wonder from which administration he has the most stories to tell...??

Very likely Trump knew about the phone call and knew Flynn was lying to the FBI. The question is whether Flynn would tell Mueller that Trump was part of that plan from the beginning.

Hmm, maybe that's because she didn't lie to the FBI and you were sold propaganda by a right wing media echo chamber.
