Any of you bought floor seats before?

Trying to buy floor seats on the 'hub for an upcoming game, but they only provide section and row number, no seat numbers. Sold my lower bowl tickets for the Golden State game to put that cash towards cheap floor seats against a sucky team for me and my son - seems like it would be cool to experience once. I'm assuming the floor seats are numbered just like regular seats. Is there any particular reason none of the sellers will list seat numbers for floor tickets?

I doubt you'll get seats literally on the floor. Those suckers are retarded expensive. You can be on the floor for $1500 a ticket, or the row right behind it for $500 a ticket.
I got seats on the first row behind the Pels bench one time. Ajinca is one tall mamma jamma. I want to see we were row 2 on the ticket, but we were actually more in line with the actual third row, even though the only people in front of us was the Pels bench. DVR'd the game and saw myself on tv several times.
You'd have to check out the map, but I think the real actual row 1 on the floor is row AA.
And yeah it's a pretty cool experience.

Yeah that's what I mean - not front row on the floor, but that general area by the court - it appears that most for sale tend to be row 3 and go in the $200
range for the "bad" teams. My first preference is behind the Pels bench so we can hear up close how a true star-caliber coach commands his squad.

There is normally a place for promo codes right before you check out.

Ended up finding a couple resale tickets on ticketmaster that showed the seat numbers. Paid $214 each for two rows behind the Pels bench, around the middle of the row.
Ticketmaster fees are ridiculous though - cost another $72 in fees.
ETA: I hope Uncle Al doesn't turn around and slap my kid when he won't stop yellng "Call a fricking timeout!" all game long.

Speaking of buying tickets, anyone tried using this discount they keep sending? I keep getting emails for 50% off tickets using code "HOLIDAY" but there's no place to put in a code on the ticketmaster website. Kinda annoying.
It took me forever to find it too. You put the code in before you choose the tickets at the top of the page showing the seating chart
For the GS game at least, it was only a $2-3 discount. Definitely not 50%

I've sat on the floor once. Thanks to my sister's employer they had 4 tickets that they gave her. It was on the baseline to the right of the basket, opposite the visitors bench. It was for the Memphis game last year that went to OT. We coughed up a huge lead. Only upsides from that game aside from the experience was getting texts from my wife that my niece and nephew were on tv with Pierre and after AD got shoved on a fast break I stuck out my hand and he gave me a five

Ask your ticket rep, they usually give me floor seats 1 time a year with season tickets, always negotiated it before I got the season tickets

I couldn't believe they'd just let you slash any ticket in half.
In years past black friday sales, they did. That was the time I almost pulled the trigger on floor tix, when half off. Almost all of the 50%ers were in the upper bowl this time. I did score discounted tix to 3 games though.

I started by going to a few games a year and sitting on the floor. I loved it. If you talk to a sales person, get them to email you deals, you can get front row for as low as $300 a ticket to some games. Second row you can get for $150 per. Those seats come with dinner and refreshments in the club area. The tickets are way more on stub hub. What happens is most people call the salesmen to get rid of the tickets for them like the day before or trade them out. If you alert them, they will call you the day before and make you offers. For a few years I did this and sat on the floor 3-4 times a year for under face value.
Front row isn't the value though. They are way more. The value is base line, not behind the bench (tall guys), row 2.

How many lower bowls do you have? We might could work a trade. Or if you put your email up I'll send you an email and we can talk about it.

I had courtside season tickets in 2015.

I'm trying to sell my 4 lowers and buy floors for the Philly game. Wedding is that weekend and my best man is a yuge Philly fan

It was definitely worth it. Due to the outrageous ticketmaster fees, it cost me $501 for two tickets two rows behind the bench. Could have bought them a tad cheaper off one of the other sites but none of them except ticketmaster showed the actual seat numbers. But the up close experience was well worth it - especially watching AD go apeshite on the ref.

Definitely a cool experience. My company has floor seats and I go every now and then. You get a new and real appreciation for how huge those dudes are
