So, there is a dead critter on Burbank near the soccer fields. I could swear it's an otter, but I haven't stopped to perform a necropsy. Has anyone else seen it? Someone stop and take a picture.

Has anyone seen or heard of otters in the Amite basin?

I have seen it and it definitely looks more like an otter than a Nutria

They're all over. There was one hit by the LSU lakes this spring.
