She's an actress. So she likely has the money and time to hire the best personal trainers. Can hire someone to do all her meal planning for her.

I kept seeing her on the ads for the fat Housewife show and thinking she looked familiar, when I finally realized she was the hot chick from EB&D, I was both shocked and saddened.

She had a small part as waitress in Hell or High Water. She looked kind of familiar, but I couldn't place her. An hour or so later as the credits are rolling, I see the name "Katy Mixon" and think to myself "Katy Mixon wasn't in this movie." I couldn't believe it when I finally figured out she was the fat waitress.
She's still good looking and was always kind of thick, but she's probably gained about 75 lbs since her Eastbound and Down days.

In all honesty that’s my one regret. Too high of standards in my youth. If I could go back now I’d be way less discriminating. Not sure who I was trying to impress back then but dim lights and a 12 pack can make just about anyone look good!

She's one of those chicks you take a chance on because you know she'll be hot as hell if she drops the weight... but she never does.

My point is that she has the money and time to be able to focus on losing weight.
Getting in shape can be a lot easier if you have the money for a good trainer and can pay someone to plan/fix most of your meals.
