Looking for small boxes of food that I can buy in bulk that I can send to clients/colleagues as a thank you. I'm thinking pralines. Any other ideas?

If you want something pretty hassle free you can order a Cajun Kringle from Haydels to ship to them. It even comes with a package of coffee and chicory.

I usually do around 100 pounds of pecans this time of year. Some roasted spicy salted and some roasted cinnamon sugar. 50 pounds are for my husbands clients and the rest is from others asking me to make for them to use as gifts as well

Not New Orleans, but these pecans are awesome (New Iberia).

Baker Maid Fruit Cakes. I dislike fruit cake in general but these are insanely good. They aren't overly spiced, have lots of fruit and a good hit of brandy/rum.
