We aren't beating teams with lucky turnovers or flukey comebacks. We're beating the pants off of teams with talent and coaching.

This may be our best team ever (so far). Lots of games left to play but it is hard to not be excited.

Those weren’t lucky or flukey in 2009. That team followed Sharper’s lead on defense.

The 09 Saints did the same thing until the Miami game. Maybe even better. And they didn't face the Packers without Aaron Rodgers.

Not saying this isn't great or anything.

The Patriots beat down in 09 was the most fun game I've ever witnessed.

I'd like us to get Snead more involved in the next few weeks. At some point we're going to need to spread teams out and will need all cylinders firing.

2011 is our best team ever.

Unless this team goes 14-2 and wins the Super Bowl.

Agreed. I may have to go se a doctor if my erection doesn’t go down soon. Remember we destroyed a bunch of teams in 2009 and 2011. But this is without the turnovers. And this run game looks even better than what we had with bell. Bush. Thomas in 2009.

This is like 2011 bit without all the passing fireworks.
There will be a game where we will need Drew to light it up soon and I have no doubt he will when the time comes.

Meachem in Washington made one of the best plays ever in football.

This team is built to play on any surface, in any weather conditions, at home or on the road and compete.

To have a HOF QB playing behind this OL, able to hand/throw to these 2 special and complementary backs is great. That’s not even factoring in Michael Thomas who may be the most dependable WR in the game as a sophomore and Ginn who looks like he has had a career resurgence. I would not want to be the DC to have to gameplan our O.

Now on D, our secondary has played incredible and it’s gotten to the point where it is not a fluke. The
DL feeds off of that and the LBs are dependable enough not to hurt you and can make plays when needed.

Finally, all of the youth that we have added has helped our Special Teams tremendously.

This team might be better than ‘09 because that team needed Home field advantage. This team will go into another teams Home and punch them in the mouth repeatedly until they quit. I love it.

Best teams in Payton/Brees era at the moment:
1. 2011
2. 2009
3. 2017

I agree if we go 13-3 this season it'd be more impressive than those other two considering our strength of schedule and the strength of the NFC this season.
