THIS can't be said enough. Let the progs show their arse to the masses of useful idiots. It will undo decades of indoctrination and brainwashing. I love it, keep it up !

I dont want to be apart of the same country as Cali.
They obviously don't want to be a part the USA anymore.

Have you seen black churches on Sunday? They're far more fervent than white churches. Black people are, generally speaking, more religious than white people.

Yep... like that. Just way down the list for the leftist attack. Only a matter of time. National Anthem, NRA, White Nationalist, etc. are top priorities.

So which part are they particularly offending by? “The bombs bursting in air” remind them too much of Chicagostan?

Fervent =/= more devoted. Of course, your perspective is limited as an atheist.

Religious activity also extends greatly outside of church and shouldn't be limited to 1 hour on one day a week.

ha

But, I assume that this line in the third(?) stanza:

quote:

No refuge could save the hireling and slave

has the butts hurting

silliness

Key was referring to the captured and conscripts used by the Brits to fight. The word slave only has one meaning to the useful idiots in this country who couldn't find their arse with both hands. So it's "racist", although they have no idea what he was referring to.

Where are all the Progs who were saying it was just about Confederate monuments a year ago?

I mean if there is any example of why you can't give them an inch, even if it is a reasonable inch, this is it.

My hunch would be the third stanza that mentions slaves.
"No refuge could save the hireling and slave
From the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave,"

Some argue that Key is referring to the mercenaries and slaves fighting for the British.

Sorry, I'm obviously slow on the draw...

I might be an atheist but my parents were hardcore attend every church service every week southern Baptists. My arse was in church several days a week until I moved out for college.

I still attend a Universalist Unitarian church with my wife and son. It's not like I've never stepped foot in a church.
