The team started playing better after Alleva told O to stay the frick out of the way and let the coordinators coach.

This is exactly how it has happened. Down vote all you want but it does not change the facts. We are on a upswing since O was told by JA to but out.

I wish Alleva had told Miles to stay out of the offense.

Highly doubtful that Alleva had ANYTHING to do with the turnaround. That dude has shown zero ability to make tough decisions or strategize about the future of the program.

More than likely Coach O and assistants got together and decided on a plan forward and a way to work together to achieve common goals.

Who really knows if that is what happened. But there is no doubt the team has steadily improved since that meeting.

No the big issue is, if that is what happened behind closed doors then this program is on a house of cards waiting to collapse.

No organization can remain viable when its top leader is nothing more than a figure head. Sooner or later O will get tired of having little to no say and then shite will hit the fan.

if that is what happened behind closed doors.
