Maybe we can slip him in before the trade deadline last week.

If we don’t hear anything by tonight should be a good thing

Definitely a good thing. We would have used his roster spot if it was something that was going to knock him out for year. Maybe he is waiting on a 2nd opinion though?

Just saw on Nola they resigned Hughes, may not be good. Hopefully we find something out about Armstead today.

ETA: Unless Harris is gonna be cut again today.

Def not a good sign that they re-signed Hughes.

However, Triplett tweeted that Armstead, Vaccaro and Thomas were at practice but didn't actually practice.

Also, Warford is back

Yea that’s big, especially having Warford back soon. If Armstead was seen at practice and as of now no IR news, then good deal.

Still, a good sign for his prospects of coming back.

We'd have

LT: Pear
LG: Kelemte
C: Unger
RG: Warford
RT: Ram

All for Buffalo. I'll take that

I wouldn't complain if we cut Harris again, but that would be kind of pathetic to use a waiver claim on someone only to cut him the next day.

I'll take that starting lineup. We need either Armstead or Warford to play. We'll be forced to start a subpar O-Lineman if both are out. Although it didn't make a difference when we did it against the Bucs. LeRibeus had 37 snaps & seemed to hold his own (at least I think he did).

Peat & Kelemete's versatility is a life saver.

You forgot that Ramczyk fellow too. Josh LeRibeus has done well in spots.

You're right. He's legit at both LT & RT. He's basically entrenched at RT with Strief injured though.

I agree. He's been a good find for us & seems to get the job done. It's nice that we got him for free. Props to the coaches on finding LeRibeus. He's basically been our 6th O-Lineman this year during short yardage running plays.

Even if LeRibeus goes down...we still have John Greco, Cameron Tom, & now Bryce Harris as possible emergency backups.

Yep. We still might even get Strief back as early as week 14. Pretty sure Anzalone can also return week 14 if he's healthy enough to play.

I'll be happy if just one of them can play.

Think we only can bring back one more as we may have wasted one on Breaux it appears.

I know we designated Breaux for return, but never put him on 53 man roster. I'm not sure if that officially counts as using 1 of 2 IR to returns. I'll assume it does though (by definition...it seems like that would count).

Personally, I'd rather Strief as depth for RT than Anzalone at LB. Klein, Robertson, & Te'o are holding their own. Gerald Hodges might even produce if needed. We're probably screwed at RT if Ramczyk goes down & we don't have Strief.
