re: Muellers thugs broke in and “felt up Mrs. Manafort lying in bed to see if she had guns”

Whether the frisk source was at the scene or not, I think that part of the story is called into serious question simply by his/her description of the frisk as: they "felt Ms. Manafort up".

No. It occurred. My reference was that you alleged it had a non-evidentiary purpose.
There was no evidentiary purpose other than Mueller ( Weissmann) sending a message about penis size, that's it. If Mueller did this and the best he can get is some tax evasion stuff and offshore bank accounts.....all of which would be easy enough to get without ever stepping foot inside of Manafort's house. Then Mueller really overplayed his hand, if I were Ms. Manafort I would say that the FBI agents not only fondled her breasts but they were touching in other areas as well....if it were a guy...or these days a lesbian female agent

quote:A truth?
The question was "why did this judge sign off on a no knock warrant?" Answering that question in noway intimates ANYTHING. It merely points out a truth.
Here's "truth"

I didn't say I believe that was the real reason

Oh as a criminal investigator there is a distinct advantage to bullying suspects and witnesses alike
Don't know why you've got a burr under your saddle about this.
Seems straight forward by your own acknowledgement.
You admit "bullying" occurs.
You admit there is a "distinct advantage to bullying suspects and witnesses alike."
You acknowledge "the real reason" for the predawn, no-knock, feel-the-wife-up, home invasion could have been something other than for the reason stated on the warrant.
It is fairly evident the WashTimes story aligns exactly with Andrew Weissmann's past pattern of conduct -- i.e., the aggressive search of a prone sleepy woman.
Bitch and boil about it all you'd like.
Now obviously it could be that none of this ever occurred.
It could be the WashTimes source made up the entire story.
Just like it could be one of the Weinstein #metoo's made up a Weinstein assault story.
But my experience is that given an accusation which aligns exactly with a past pattern of conduct, the accusation is more often true than not.
The fact that anyone would condone such conduct (as many here seem to) is appalling.

Words cannot express how deeply troubled I am to hear of this inexcusable treatment of such fine, upstanding people as the Manaforts.

So we have a 4th hand representation of patting down as feeling up.
Ok. all that stands between trump and impeachment is house right wing declaring times up.

I think it's ridiculous they felt the need to place their hands on either one of them at all. The guy is a public figure, not a random violent drug dealer. Did they think he was going out guns blazing for a fricking search warrant?

How do you know that either he or she was touched?

He doesn't. He has sauces.
But, watch him deride CNN or other outlets for their sauces.

Can I be both:
A) Anti no knock warrant
And
B) anti being dramatic about the description and playing up that it was wrong to frisk a “sleepy” woman or calling it “feeling her up”?
Unless something far out of protocol happened in the frisk it’s just being dramatic and theatrical on both sides — and I’m kind of over that.

Faux outrage over the arrest when we are looking into the stealing of the election by russians.
