I will REITERATE (that means say it again) the question was asked, why did a judge approve a pre dawn no knock warrant? I answered "The FBI justified to the judge that there were materials that Manafort would destroy if he had advanced warning" so the judge approved the no knock warrant.

Now whether that was the real reason or not, we don't actually know, your guesses are just that , guesses, but it is a matter of RECORD that the judge approved the warrant because of reason I explained about 20 times now.

As I've said in other threads on the matter, there are certainly judges that prosecutors learn to go to or not to go to for such things because some are more easily convinced than others, but that isn't relevant to the question that was asked "Why did the judge approve of the fricking warrant?"

I'm not sure how you are having a difficult time understanding this. There is an actual court document out there where a judge has said " I believe the FBI is correct that there are documents relevant to the case that Manafort will destroy if he has advanced warning "

We’re talking about it occurring at the scene of a search warrant, right? That’s unnecessary escalation which is counterproductive to successfully executing a search warrant safely/successfully. You don’t want evidence gathering to become tainted by the kind of a scene that unnecessary escalation can create.
