I don’t have Bama friends. Nor do I wish to watch anything with a Bama fan.

Just tell them you can't geaux. IF they ask why, tell them it is personal and you'd rather not discuss it.

If they are asking through your daughter just tell her to tell them you can't make it for the coming weekend. maybe some other time.

Why would you have Bama fans as friends?

I consider them acquaintances. I have told my daughter not to trust the other kindergartner "friend."

this. ive been trolling them all week on different sites. they are the most aggressive and angry fanbase ive ever seen. had a guy from Al actually send me a threatening message on FB messenger. they wanna meet after school and fight. its so bizarre coming from fans of such a successful program. they have the highest BMI's and lowest IQ's in the country.

the only reason they're inviting you is so that they can have the great entertainment of watching you trying to maintain your composure, and be a gracious guest and good sport while being curb stomped by their team, that is the only reason

My avid LSU friend married a Bama guy (one of the exceptions to the rule-he's a great guy. They long ago recognized it was not a good idea to watch or attend the LSU Bama game together. This should answer your question.

His case is even worse. He doesn't even know the people. We're talking possible Life-long Hatfield-McCoy hatred, jail time, trip to the morgue or worse.

I wouldn't do it.

You will inevitably lose your collective shite on some horrible penalty call (or non call), and freak the frick out in front of them.

Yes, eat alot of purple and gold play-dough the night before and take a huge shite in their Bath tub. Just kidding, but going over there is probably a bad idea if you wish to be friends with these people. It's a totally different situation than being at a sports bar or other public venue.

My son's fiancee is from alabama. Shes a huge bama fan. Even has the trashy (A) tattoo on her wrist. Other than that shes good girl. But guess when the wedding is, and who I'll be watching with this year.

They are confident they will win. They are already rooted in the neighborhood. This is clearly an attempt to establish their dominance over your family. He is looking down at you. You should accept and show up, spike the chip bowl into the coffee table after the first big play and then walk out.

Hope like hell LSU can pull it off. Fly your flag the rest of the year.

Tell your wife you're calling this one and you don't care what they might think because that's just not a good setup. If you're anything like me and might press your arse cheeks against the TV when they show Saban after an LSU score (if we score), then it probably would end the new friendship anyway. Just decline and ask about another time y'all can get together so they don't feel rejected if that's the concern.

You will be agitated in no time. Gain a yard and as a group yell, “Roll Tide!” First down and it, “Roll Tide Roll!” Evening we are winning it is still terrible.

I did it once and now decline every offer (I live in Alabama and many friends/asdociates are Bammers. I just say this is one game I watch alone or with my family. Works for me.

I also suspect they are just inviting us to see our reaction

There are a few ways to slice and dice this.....

Either they are ginormous douchebags, or you’re just socially retarded

ORRRR maybe they are just being friendly to the new people in the neighborhood, since you’ve never gone out of your way to introduce yourself.. also, if your wife is decent looking, they could just be trying to find some easy path to smashtown
