Joe Rogan really advocates Alpha Brain by onnit, but he may have a piece of that or something. Anything you guys use or recommend for us that don’t have access to Vyvanse or Adderall?

What do these do? I'm always looking for something that can give me a boost more than caffeine without fear of failing a drug test

Alpha brain has some prettt solid reviews and I’m a big fan of Joe. I’ll have to give it a try.

They're probably bullshite but I've always been interested. I have a terrible memory and wonder if these would help.

They aren’t, they are proven in studies. Start with something like lgi npept 10 and actyl l car at 2g daily and see how you react to that first. You can get these at lockout supplements

I ran across this coffee a few months ago. Expensive, but’s if it works maybe worth it.

Do you have a link to a study so I can know this proven?

Ever gone full keto?
My performance suffered, but I was incredibly "on" at work. Things that usually took minutes came to me instantly.

Not right now but you can google studies on cognitive function using choline, acytl l carntine, aniracetam, parm or any others and you should turn up quite a few

I'm in my mid 40's and was experiencing memory and language issues (it was pretty scary actually, sometimes unable to come up with the right words). I tried alpha brain and neuro peak, with both giving noticeable results.
Two months ago, however, I went full keto and the impact on my cognitive, verbal, and memory performance has been almost unbelievable. Everyone talks about weight loss and return to insulin sensitivity from keto, but these aspects have made a bigger difference in my daily life. It all started for me with a podcast by Dom D'agostino and I'm very thankful.

On Joe Rogan? Yeah, dude convinced me too. Did you prefer alpha brain or neuro peak? Or were you taking both?

I thought they were about equal, honestly and the neuropeak was a lot cheaper. If you try it, get ready for crazy vivid dreams!
