Why would any LSU fan rather be at a baseball game on Saturday night ?

Huge stros fan, too. Been to LSU-OM home/away for 15 straight years, but I am deliberating breaking tradition and heading to Houston.

AL frickin CS brotha. You can see an Ole Miss game every year. What then Astros are doing is special

Seriously? You come to a LSU message board and ask this question?

I'm as big of an LSU fan as there is, been to plenty of LSU/OM games.
I'm also a huge Astros fan, and it makes it even better that they have a couple of LSU players on their team.
That said, I'd have to go to the ALCS game. There aren't many game 7s that happen and even fewer that people are actually able to attend. God willing you're in good health next year, you can make another LSU/OM game in BR next year and this year follow it, or even watch it on your phone, while at a game 7.
Also, I know this is a subject involving LSU, but you may get more unbiased answers on the MSB.

You aren't going to Houston and you aren't getting a ticket anyway. Just stop.

I find it weird that Louisiana people who hate the Rockets, mostly don't care about the Texans, just love the Astros. Why? This one team in the city loyalty is strange to me.

Easy answer for me. I'd rather watch LSU/Ole Miss than just about any other matchup in any other sport.

ACLS. Watch the game on your phone???

Don't live in Louisiana anymore but I grew up with the Astros as my team. Went to several games in the Astrodome and watched Nolan Ryan pitch. Dammit we are due for that ring. The saints got theirs and it's time for the Astros to get theirs.

Maybe because baseball is a very popular sport in the south and Houston is the closest team?? I grew up going to LSU, saints, hornets, and Astros games
