Seriously, I use to like the Crocodile Hunter. You couldn't fake the kind of enthusiasm he had for what he was doing.
And that's what made it great. He's got this snake biting him and he's still telling you how gorgeous it is Hopefully his kids inherited his charm because Crocodile Hunter was always a fun nature show where most are stuffy and boring.

Crikey, look at the snout on that girl!
And by snout, I mean rack.
And by rack, I mean tits.

I wanted to work at the Australia zoo when I was a kid.
My cousins and me used to go out and catch snakes and alligators and shite and film it like we were Steve.
Dude was a straight up inspiration of life, and how to live it enthusiastically.

Steve was one of the greatest. My Dad and I would make a point to watch his shows while I was growing up. I still get a chuckle out of one episode I remember where he was riding around on dirt bikes and I think he hit a tree branch or something knocking him off. Hahaha.
The only celebrity death I was actually sad about.

Liked the dad's shows, but can't support them. Think about the fact that they gave the Sea Shepherd organization enough jack for them to name one of their boats after him. Hell, he may have bought the whole thing, and gave it to them. Can't support eco-terrorists.

Meh.
I always thought the wife dragged the shows down. She tried too much to be like Steve and it just felt phony.
