The 40 Hour work week, weekends, vacations, the FDA, the Marshall Plan, women’s voting rights, civil rights act of 1964, public schools, child labor laws, national parks, national forests, interstate highway system, health care benefits, GI Bill, NASA, social security, public universities, national weather service, bank deposit insurance, USDA, Panama Canal, Hoover Dam, libraries, clean air & water acts, Medicare, fire departments, right to due process....

A lot of those are questionable at best. That said, the topic is "Do liberals bring any value to society" ..not did liberals bring any value to society.
Conservatives now are more in line with classic liberalism. Liberals now are more in line with Marxist chumps.

There is a difference in a classic liberal and a progressive. Progressives are the types that want gray soviet block apartments and no cultural identity. Just look how they oppose any sort of culture because it offends some group.
