poor tiger probably faked his cancer in hopes that they would euthanize him. put him out of the misery of living in that shithole

Sad news. Poor tiger didn't have much of a life.

Has there ever been an animal that died of cancer that lived its entire life in the wild, assuming it never ate any food provided by a human?

And this sheds light to most of America in showing that most do not want to have wild animals caged in poor conditions.

Surprised that owner didn’t ride him until he died in that cage

Poor Tony. I cried when I saw him. I wish LSU could have adopted him, if only to live out the remainder of his life not in a concrete cell.

Man, this is great.

When PETA was petitioning and filing suit and being generally irritating to the guy who owned Tony the Tiger, this board was squarely on the side of the owner.

PETA and other animal rights groups tried for YEARS to remove Tony from his shitty enclosure.

This board--especially the OT--continually and automatically took the anti-Animal Rights side, because Animal Rights activists are generally liberals.

Now that Tony is dead and gone, this board declares his home a "shite hole", and the tiger had "no life".

This is fricking rich.

Imagine that, sniffing gasoline and exhaust trucker fumes your whole life might cause cancer

So should we be upset that Ponchatoula had/has a big gator in a cage by the railroad tracks?

I don’t know where this stops. Pretty soon roach motels will be banned. And mouse traps too.

Maybe horseback riding is cruel to the poor horsey?
