We just need to keep feedining Williams and run the occasional jet sweep. Every now and then let Etling make a safe throw with only one read to keep them honest.

You come out of a Florida timeout and huddle and have to call a timeout because you took your sweet arse time getting the play set. Get the call on the sideline and go straight out there and lineup. Give Etling a chance to survey the field. I don’t understand either.

If you're gonna play that conservative, why not play Brennan since he can at least hit a wide open guy.

Etling has had some bad throws, but we're not winning in spite of him. He's managing the game well. No turnovers, few penalties and he's made a couple of plays on his feet.

This. Honestly his best plays were the dump offs, his one long scramble, and the short pass to Moreau over the middle.

I'd like to see a fake jet sweep then hit him in stride when he turns up field. But herein lies the problem...

I hope the game doesn’t hinge on that perfectly scripted play and wide open receiver that Etling overthrew.

The biggest key is that both lines are playing well today. A lot of problems go away when you can get push on both sides of the ball.
