That's why every time a job opened up somewhere, Miles turned it into a raise/extension for himself.

In 2007 he got one, it was in his contract for winning the title.

In 2012 he got an extension and the buyout, Alleva. Did not get a raise. Also did not receive one for the 2011 season, you know, 13 win regular season, never done before.

This is bad news. Ensminger was planning to retire at the end of this season. Giving him an extension and raise means Canada is not expected to be around for much longer and they expect Steve to be the backup again.

That shrimp boat working retard thinks someone on that staff deserves a raise! How tone deaf and self absorbed you can you be?

I heard from a friend of family, who used to coach under Coach O, that O wanted to retain Ensminger as OC. However, Alleva stepped in and said he needed to hire a proven OC, one that could develop QB's. And just extra info, during O's "binder" meeting he got Lane Kiffin on the phone and Lane said he was coming to LSU. Whether that was Lane helping a friend out or truthful we'll never know. So if we really want to place blame it's all Kiffin's fault.

Yeah but this sounds like O is here to stay. I don’t agree with giving anyone extensions bc was holding out hope for a clean house.

If O feels so passionate he should give him some of his own salary

I have respect for Ensminer. He has always been loyal to LSU even before this shitshow. He stayed humble and didnt want any limelight

Wish we could say the same about orgeron

Orgeron said he would hire the best in the country and that isn't Ensminger, by any stretch. Wow...just wow. How many more blatant lies is this guy going to have to remember? Damn.

It seems like all O thinks about is how things impact him personally instead of how it impacts the team?

Sounds like Hillary!
